Standing for a lot more than meditation, yoga in Sanskrit means union or body-mind-spirit balance. There’s probably no older system for man’s personal development than this ancient practice. Moksha hot yoga is an exclusive method which has the combination of healing yoga and the basics of conventional yoga and this is practiced in an especially heated room.

It is very popular and it is good for health. This may be due to the fact that yoga is something one has to do and not something done to or on one.
