Friday, January 22nd, 2010

Nail fungus is basically residing and resting of the fungus on the human nail for satisfying its food supplements. The fungus makes use of the substrate for its food requirements. This is achieved by making use of keratin, the hard coating present on the nail. So this fungus attacks this hard skin and exposes the soft skin. The fungi leave behind a byproduct that affect nervous system of the human body.

We need to fight with this fungus so that it doesn’t cause much harm to us. For the treatment there are some natural ways. These natural ways are really cheap and are biodegradable. Even these natural products can be formed at home without investing much time and money.

The most used medicine include cotrimazole and micanozole and they can be applied either once or twice a day. Nail fungus treatment is not a tough task but needs proper treatment and guidance from a doctor.

There are some precautions to be taken as prevention is better than cure. Do not allow any glue or nail remover to stick to the nail plate. Avoid your feet from any damp condition. Do not wear wet socks or shoes and try to keep your feet dry.
